Indian Juniors takes revenge for Seniors

Young India does it again. Beats Sri Lanka comprehensively in the ODI series.
Even though SL won the first match in the 5 match ODI series, India came back strongly and beat them in 3 consecutive matches.
At a time when everybody in India was writing off the Indian team ( Indian Seniors were beaten by SL in the Test matches and the first ODI was won by SL ), Dhoni’s Dashers come out tops against heavy odds.
Today the Indians bowled like foxes and fielded like lions. Greg Chappell used to say that the most exciting prospect is S Raina. He was proved right when that youngster blasted 76 off 78 balls, pulverising the famed SL attack.
He was supported by the tough Indian captain, Dhoni (71) and Kohli (54). Munaf Patel struck for India removing Warnapura and Sangakara, reducing SL to 38/2. Harbhajan Singh took 3 wickets and Yuvraj was successful as a spinner and took 2 wickets. Suresh Raina’ s 2 superb catches was lauded by Tony Greig. An excellent athletic effort by the Indian Juniors ! The Seniors are avenged !
