Aurobindo, the father of Dialectical Integralism
By admin | September 26, 2008
Like Hegel, who founded Dialectical Idealism and Marx, Dialectical Materialism, Aurobindo founded Dialectical Integralism.
According to Marx, society is an organic unity that is dialectically interrelated to the economic conditions. In short, Marxism or Egalitarianism, is an economics based philosophy.
According to Hegel, everything takes place by the dialectical process of Thesis, Anti Thesis and Synthesis.
Thesis - The Absolute is Being
Anti Thesis - The Absolute is Becoming
Synthesis - The Absolute is spiritual.
According to Dialectical Integralism of Aurobindo, the whole process of creation takes place between two involutions, Matter in which everything is involved and out of which everything evolves to the other pole of Spirit, Spirit in which everything is involved and out of which everything devolves to the other pole of Matter !
Matter and Spirit are not two different entities, but the obverse and the reverse of the same coin of Life.
