Global stock markets rally !

As the Fed reduced interest rates, stock markets all over the rallied. Hong Kong, China and Japan also reduced interest rates and Asian markets rose.
Both Dow and the Sensex are in the 9 K levels. At the moment they look comfortable. But we cannot say that the worst is over.
People make money during the Impulse Phase and lose it during the Corrective Phase. These Pullbacks look like Corrective Phases !
So this is not the ideal time to invest in the Stock Market.
A pullback is a corrective movement in a Bear Phase, similar to the secondary reaction in a Bull Phase.
